  • Consulting Services: Project deliverables, reports, and BIM files are shared through secure digital platforms or cloud environments as agreed in the project contract.

  • Delays: In case of any unforeseen delay in access or delivery, we will notify you immediately and ensure timely resolution.

  • Refunds: Refunds or rescheduling requests are handled as per our Terms and Conditions.
